Thanks to artist Tom Sachs, we’ve been graced with Nike collaborations that are pieces of history in their own right. Dressed up with astronautical themes and sultry color palettes, the pairs of Mars Yards he has created for the past few years have reached a legendary status despite his more recent take receiving lukewarm responses at launch. Rising up the resell charts slowly and steadily, the iconic silhouettes are finally making their way to the littles ones as three distinct iterations are set to outfit both toddlers and infants alike. The first two, which are meant for those a bit older, borrow the likeness of the original and the Overshoe: one bears straps for extra convenience and dons the orange suedes and red check while the more orbital set pairs icy soles with a full white upper. Designed for infants, the last takes the curved soles of models meant for that age group and uses mostly material and shade to overtly connect to the overarching muse. Grab a detailed look at these right here, and if you’re looking to grab one for your mini, then be ready for their release on October 9th in crib sizes from 1C to 4C and toddlers from 5C to 10C.
