mini: When is Olivia’s birthday?

mini: What is the theme of Olivia’s nursery?
Jennifer: The nursery is a mini Safari theme. When Missoni did a collaboration I bought the baby bedding before I was even married….or pregnant. Sounds crazy but I worked the nursery around the chevron printed sheets with bright, bold colors. (mini: Came out super amazing right?)

mini: How many pairs of shoes does Olivia have?
Jennifer: 30+ pairs of shoes, I personally love shoes and think it’s an easy way to update her look and add a pop of color. Since I shop far in advance I sometimes buy multiple sizes of the same shoe since I’m in love with it!

mini: What is Olivia’s favorite pair of sneaker/shoe?
Jennifer: Right now I have two, Freshly Picked moccasins are my favorite, they are the only shoes Olivia likes to wear and they are so easy to put on. Since she doesn’t walk yet, her shoes are only to complete a look. She also has a pair of black motorcycle boots that I’m obsessed with, it adds edge to a feminine look.

mini: Describe Olivia’s style.
Jennifer: I try to dress Olivia like I would dress myself. She is never too girly or too many frills. I feel like there is too much pink overload for infants so I tend stay away from baby pink, even in her nursery. She’s a city girl so she likes a lot of black, leather and she’s not afraid of bold colors.

mini: How much do you spend on Olivia’s closet per month?
Jennifer: I don’t ever want to know…neither does my husband haha. I do most of my shopping in the middle of the night, you know the sleepless baby hours around 3am/4am. Sometimes I don’t even remember I ordered something until the package shows up at the door.
